Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Options & Transit Time We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
  1. Standard Shipping (Free)
    • Transit Time: 5-10 business days to US, UK, CA, AU, NZ; 6-10 business days to EU countries; 6-15 business days to Middle East and Asian countries；10-20 business days to other countries.
    • Please note that shipping times may be extended by 3-5 business days during peak seasons or holidays.
  2. Express Shipping ($15.99)
    • Transit Time: 3-5 business days worldwide.
    • This premium option ensures faster delivery for your convenience.


The Product Never Arrived:
If your products have not arrived max 20 days, please give it more time up to 25 days max as there are some situations we cannot control like weather, mail delays and customs. If your products have not arrived after 25 days, send us an email at info@zitons.com and we'll solve the problem immediately.

We are committed to ensuring you receive your order. If your package has not arrived within 45 business days from the shipment date, you may choose to receive a full refund or a replacement at our expense.

Important Note on Customs and Import Duties For international orders outside the European Union (EU), customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be payable by the recipient upon delivery. We bear all custom fees for orders shipped to EU countries.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@zitons.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. During rush days, please estimate extra 5 business days more than usual.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.
