How to turn off and turn on the label maker?
To turn on the printer, press and hold the switch button for 3 seconds. To turn off the printer, also press and hold the switch button for 3 seconds.
How to do a quick reprinting the same content?
When you have printed at least one label designed in the app and while the printer is on, press the switch button once it will repeat the same printing once.
How to calibrate the label position after I have inserted a label?
Press the switch button once, it will discard one label. Then the printer is fine and in correct position to print coming labels.
Does label maker support bulk printing?
Yes, you can download the “NIIMBOT” app and import the excel file for bulk printing.
How long does the label content keep?
The life expectancy of the label can keep at least 2 years. The effective working temperature of the labels is below 70 °C/158 °F. The content usually last longer than 2 years in the effective working temperature.
What is the printing method used by label maker?
label maker is using thermal printing on laminated labels. It just takes a printer and thermal paper to print. The labels are environment friendly without ink / carbon band / cartridge.
Are the labels UV-proof?
The labels are laminated and sunlight UV-proof. But if they are exposed to high intensity of UV, for example, UV torch, the content may fade gradually in a shorter period.
Are the labels environmentally friendly?
Yes. The labels are tested with US standard by SGS, US EPA 3550C.
How can I know the label maker is charging?
The light of the label maker would be blinking while it’s in low power or charging. If you are using a SuperCharge adaptor (e.g. 65W or above), the printer may not be charged. Please use a USB 2.0 charger.
